Scott was born and raised in West Virginia, though he did spend 10 years in sunny Miami, Florida. He returned to the mountain state in 2007 and developed the concept for Tops Off Barber Shop Salon and Spa. By 2010, he made it a reality. Scott decided to pursue his barber license in 2012 and cutting hair quickly become his true passion, thereafter. He specializes in men’s hair and women’s short cuts. Scott is grateful for the friends and family that have supported him throughout this journey.

Kelly graduated from Nitro High School and has spent most of her life in the Kanawha Valley area. She has been a hair expert since 2012 and was a manager for Loreal for 5 years prior to joining Tops Off. She specializes in men’s, women’s and children’s hair and is also experienced in all types of color services. Kelly is an expert in hair replacement and is the owner of West Virginia Almost Heaven Hair. She is a jack of all trades with a knack for listening and understanding her customer’s wants and needs.

Scott Hensley AKA “The Fade Master” has been a barber for 12 years. He’s from Huntington, West Virginia and has five children he dearly loves. Scott has been with Tops Off for more than 2 years and he specializes in all hair types, men’s hair and women’s short cuts. He’s truly a master of his craft. He is fast and efficient and is guaranteed to have you leaving with a fresh cut every time.

Mike is from Logan, West Virginia and has been a barber for 15 years. He is married and the proud father of 7 children. Mike is quite the talented tool man. He is an expert with all hair types, including men’s hair and women’s short cuts. He’s been with Tops Off for more than 2 years and is the hardest working guy around. His attention to detail is unmatched.

Carlos was born and raised in Columbus, OH. He then spent 20 years in the Midwest. Prior to becoming a barber, he worked several different professions until he realized barbering was his calling. The fact that he loves working with his hands and meeting new people, encouraged him to make the career move. "I enjoy making people feel like the best versions of themselves." In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports and is a movie buff. Carlos's preferred service, other than haircuts is definitely the traditional straight-razor shave.
